Yes I tend to agree with you. I dont think DG is cut from the same mold as Mac. However, my point is more that I think these last 2 drafts could very well come back to haunt the Cards if they pass on Leftwich, Manning, Roth, and Rivers to go with McCown and a backup QB that hasnt proven anything.

I know I have beat this to death, but waiting another year on a QB is lunacy. Your essentially saying we wont win for 2 years as a rookie QB needs a year on the bench!

Draft that rookie now, let him sit for a year and then your in the enviable position of possibly having 2 solid QB's on the roster!

No you misunderstand my point! I am saying Parcells did this cause he is a tough winning coach like DG is. But Parcells gets away with it without someone posting he is a dictator and saying bad things about him. I mean 11 on 11 is mild compared to this right? So why is DG being called names? I like tough coaches like DG and Parcells I think toughness wins in the NFL. Even guys like Walsh were tough.
