I want to know if it's actually like a physical limitation that cannot be improved?
LOL I think they all stretch or do yoga or something, even college players who have tightness in their hips or ankles etcYoga!
Flexibility like that seems almost like a rare thing in this draftGood question! Media throw that term around like everyone knows. I'm no expert, but from what I've gained it's kind of a natural flexibility to turn your lower half separately from your top half with fluidity. I don't think it is something that can be improved substantially like technique. More like arm strength or explosion
Welp RIP DeAndre BakerWith CB it’s very bad if they’re tight in college...pro WRs will turn them into Knotts
Hip fluid and speed #1 in CB and S
If they don’t have both they’re doomed
Don’t you have some weird formula concoction that will bring up some imaginary numbers that will give us the answer to this?
Simple. You take his broad jump , multiply it by his 40 time and then divide it by his 3 cone drill.Don’t you have some weird formula concoction that will bring up some imaginary numbers that will give us the answer to this?
Very hard to significantly improve just like agility.
I wonder if that actually does anythingSimple. You take his broad jump , multiply it by his 40 time and then divide it by his 3 cone drill.
