LSU gymnastics is trying to go back-to-back as SEC champion Saturday night, but the Tigers will have to do so without star Livvy Dunne.

The fifth-year senior announced earlier this month that she had an avulsion fracture in her kneecap, keeping her out of the final meet of the regular season. While her condition improved in the time before the SEC title, she was not listed on LSU's lineup card before the Tigers' session.

Throughout her career, Dunne has stepped up and competed in three events — the floor exercise, the uneven parallel bars and the balance beam.

LSU is set to take on Oklahoma, Florida and Missouri in the second session of the SEC Championships in Birmingham, Alabama on Saturday night. The meet will start at 7 p.m. CT on SEC Network.
