Paul Goldschmidt had a good game vs. the Giants in the rubber game. Keep up going for doubles with runners on base, Goldy.

Make me a believer that you can adjust your approach and start making a steady contribution. We're watching and hoping.

“The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated.”

Paul Goldschmidt, probably.

He's hot for sure.

A player this hot with descent pitching can basically carry a team.

As long as he's rakin like this the Dbacks won't be losing 11 out of 12.

Looks like Goldy is back to his old batting stance, with the bat drooping over almost touching his back.....

Diamondbacks' Paul Goldschmidt: Caps off big weekend series
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire
Goldschmidt went 2-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored Sunday against the Rockies.

Goldschmidt capped off a very productive series at Coors Field with another full box score. In total, he recorded four home runs, nine RBI and eight runs in the three-game set. While he won't play every series with benefit of the best hitters park in baseball, he is slugging .896 across the last 15 days.

Is it too early to nominate this thread for HOF?

Yup. Still a lot of baseball to be played, and a two-week hot stretch doesn't mean the old Goldy is back. I hope he is, but only time will tell.

What is indisputable is that an Average Goldy (not AA level) would have meant another 6-8 wins for the Dbacks in May. Lot of ground to make up.
