It would be funny to see GSW, Denver and us in the next round. It would definitively prove that "Run and gun doesn't work in PO".

Well... I guess it is a bit early to think about it.

The Lakers slowed down the game yesterday and they still lost. I wish the media woudl stop comparing this team to last year's depleted team.

They didn't slow it down nearly enough...several times they tried to run with the Suns or pushed it up court faster than desired. Took early shots and settled on jumpers waaaay too much. They didn't play the game I expected them to play. I've seen them play slower in the regular season and there are many times I worry about getting 8 second violations, but I had no worries of that yesterday.

They are going to have to milk that shotclock a lot more if they want to get the split...fewer possessions for the Suns means if you go cold for a stretch, you don't get as many shots to even it out when you get hot.
