And not adding Bookers best will have him bolting sooner than later.

This just seems over the top to me. We haven't seen a single game from these guys and you are ready to write this off as the worst day in AZ sports' history...
I completely understand not being pleased with how things transpired (It's been a pretty "meh" day for me personally), but how you can call everything a disaster before seeing how these guys actually perform on the court for us is a bit too hyperbolic for me.
Didn't Jones say several months ago that his plan was to add six or seven roll players this offseason? If so these moves would seem to support that thinking.
I guess time will tell but it sure looks like they have no idea what the hell they are doing.
Signing Russell and Oubre would go along way towards mitigating the disaster that has played out so far.

Suns added 4 back ups, giving up the 6th, 32 Warren, and the Bucks pick, that is utterly Horrible!

Actually if they turned out to be 4 quality backups, I would consider this week a huge success. I don't expect that we're looking at 4 quality backups though.
I wouldn't say I hate this pick. I hated drafting sideshow Bob, Tsakalidis and Cabarkapa for example. There are several others I wasn't high on. Hell I took a bunch of heat on this board when I said Sideshow Bob would never be a consistent rebounder and would never be a star for this team.
However, I don't hate this pick as much as I hate what they passed on to take Cam. Cam can be a lights out shooting specialist. I think that will translate to the NBA. However, considering we could have filled a hole at #6 IMO with a better caliber player? THAT is what I hate.

I don't have a problem with the pick. Kid can shoot. It's all about spacing for Booker and Ayton to operate inside. We better get a darn good PG in FA though.

The Suns did awful, beyond awful job
The 6th, 32 the Milwuakee Pick Warren and the 11 mil they cleared they used 9 mil of it, and landed 4 back ups, utter trash. Bush League the Suns suck! Saric, Baynes and 2 guys they could of landed with 32, the Suns front office is behind incompetent.

Try reading my post again. I have no problem spending the assets we did for 4 backups as long as they are GOOD backups. My concern is that I'm not at all convinced we added 4 quality backups. And I have no idea why you're interested in poop tacos?
The only quality back-up we added was Jerome, and that assumes he can adjust to the athleticism of the NBA (which is a huge question). The other three will be out of the league in 2 years. Mark my words.
Because the Suns did got awful, they gave you a poop taco and you think it's promising hahahaha

Wow, you really can't read. Show me where I called it promising or in any way suggested it was. I am unimpressed with who we drafted and acquired. That WOULD NOT BE THE CASE if I was happy with those 4 names. I just think 4 good backups would have been very good return for the assets that went out, not that I think we got 4 very good backups.
Then why are you saying the team improved and is being set up for short term success at the expense of the future?
The way I see it, the team is set up for failure now and in the future.
Wow if you think 4 good back ups are great ads for 6 32 and Milwaukee pick, than Sarver will hire you, those are horribly weak pick ups, trash an F anyone can do that they reached and got 4 scrubs and your impressed . I cant read , but you cant assess the value of assets and their return on the NBA level hahahahah

Because it has and as I've been saying since we lost the Zion dream, it will be primarily from the the health and growth of our younger players. There was never going to be some miracle solution from the draft or from free agency. We might add a decent PG, someone like Russell but even that isn't going to change our fortunes all that much.
If Booker continues with his injury problems, and if Ayton already showed us all he has, and if Bridges just added muscle and ignored his game development, and if we don't re-sign Oubre or if we did and he was just putting on a face so he could get his payday, then we are screwed, now and for years to come.

You keep going back there, so yes, I have to question your ability to read and understand. I'm not impressed with who we acquired. But you were railing that we traded away a bunch and all we got were 4 backups and I maintain that isn't the problem. I'm concerned specifically about the 4 backups we acquired, not that we acquired 4 backups. Had we actually acquired, in one offseason, 4 quality bench players then yes, I'd be very impressed. But you are greatly overvaluing the pieces we parted with, that's my point.
And please, read slowly so this actually registers.
-Baynes anyone could have had him back up Center at 5.5, Suns could had gotten a scrub with the Vet Minimum
-Saric 1 year 3.5 rental, hes gone after this year
Cam - could have been White or Hunter, a major reach dude can shoot but do nothing, was red flagged with major injury concerns
Jerome- worst athlete in draft, cant cover fast PGA, will be eaten alive by guys like Fox, many fill he is too unathletic to even make it in the NBA
And your happy the Suns gave up 6,32, the Milwuakee pick and 9 mil of capspace for Saric and Baynes for this crap show hahahahahaha
