If we trade Boldin sign Holt if he's available.

It would be worth looking into.

Yet, you never know how go Early Doucet is. But Holt definately gives the Cards some options. But Holt will be signed post draft by someone.

Holt would be a nice veteran addition especially if the price is right. Teams will now wait until after the draft to sign him. This will give us a chance to go after him. Warner could help by making a call if the Cards are really interested.

It was discussed on here before that Tory might not like the organization after we released his brother after one year. I don't know if this was complete speculation but if could possibly make sense.

We have enough depth at WR even without Boldin. No thanks

With Fitz, Breaston, Doucet, and Urban already on board - the only other WR would have to be a kick/punt returner. Holt is not that

wow... this would be VERY interesting wouldn't it? I can totally see this from both sides as well.

From Holt perspective, Warner would DEFININTLY have some pull, and to play for a contendingteam oppisite of Fitz would be an IDEAL situation for Holt, IMO...

For the Cards, singing holt would provide not as good, but certainly as savvy of reciever as Boldin was. I love the idea, and believe it makes A LOT of sense..

Problem is, form what I have been hearing his asking price is borderline ridiculous... But maybe he gives the Cards a discount to play on a winning team, reunited with Warner, and a chance to stick it to the Rams twice a year....

I'm officially on the bandwagon, and am saving room for all those who want on!

All this ofcourse assuming we trade Boldin

Lance Long might be an option for PR.

Who knows, maybe he doesn't like his brother for sucking so badly.

The time is now. This is the Cards chance to win it all. To compare Doucet or Urban to Holt would be silly. I think Fitz, Holt, and Breaston would actually make the Cards a better team than Fitz, Boldin, and Breaston "Best in the Westin".

Sign Holt, coax Marshall Faulk out of retirement and sign him, it'd be the Greatest Show on Turf all over again.

What about depth? This is a suspect WR corp as it is, after Fitz. Any injury would be devastating to what the team does best....Pass the Football

If this team does trade Boldin, signing Holt would make a bunch of sense. Warner would lose the player in Boldin he wanted but would gain a old friend in T.H. who is still a good WR but no longer great. The question is...what do we do if Fitz gets hurt and there is no Boldin? I would sign Holt in a heartbeat if the Boldin trade does go down to cushion the position with quality experience if Fitz got hurt

I'd pass.

Really?? I think we could probably grab Toomer on the cheap and I think he would be a pretty decent fit. Solid pro... Could help Breaston and Doucet continue to develop...

I would still take Holt if we had the chance, but if we lost out on him, I would be just fine with Toomer coming aboard!

I'm with you guys on this. If we sign anyone, we need to sign someone that is a return guy. We do not want Breaston doing that anymore if he moves up to the number two spot.

I think the Cards are going to draft a return player in the 6th or 7th round. As I recall there have been several players that have surfaced on the board over the past several weeks that the Cards attended pro days or had them in for a visit.

That works for me.

How deep do you want this WR corps? Holy crap, its borderline 7 deep with Boldin as it is.

I think people are obsessed with "the name." Holt is on the downside of his career. I'd rather give playing time to our WRs that we have now.

I brought up Holt before he was released and everyone was against it...

Didnt Holt sign with the Vikes?
