should he turn over play calling to a coordinator? should he tone down his offensive package should he try adjusting things to fit the players he has instead of as many said here trying to make his team reach to try and do things they aren't that good at,

i am no genius as he has been labeled, but if anything this losing season ought to humble him and look at doing things differently if he can adjust,

i don't think i can stand another coaching staff turned over after a few years of failure, the cycle needs to end
what should we do, i want to be the fan of a winner

he's a first year coach learning the ropes, hamstrung by a roster put together by buffoons. Get him a real GM to take advantage of a lot of cap room and a likely high pick and then give him another two years. If we still suck at that point, then yes, he's in over his head. Until then, I won't get on him too much.

That along with "what if there is no life after death?" are two of the most depressing questions I can think of.....

Its as though they should have warned Wiz about any modest success during his first two months. People here just can't handle that. Imagine if we'd had a loss like this one here on MNF?

Wiz is going to be fine. I still think he's going to make it interesting this year, but if not, its definitely coming.

I'm cutting him slack but you know Ben Roethlisberger came into tonight with 15 TD's 6 picks he now has 20 TD's. Remember how critical people were in the offseason about his comments about Whiz? Maybe Ben had a valid point?

Is Whisenhunt is in over his head? Yes. Global warming and Whisenhunt's incompetence. Two things of which there is not doubt. And both will kill us in the long run.

I think you sell this roster too short on the talent side cheese. Denny, for all his stupidity, did increase the talent on this team. He wasn't always right but I think he improved the talent on this team...and don't forget, I despised Denny and the Cards hiring of him.

Oh, and I think Whisenhunt is in over his head out of sheer ignorance of what being a head coach is really all about and is proving himself to be an average HC at best right now.

the one thing that has bothered me about him is his approach to practice. He didn't work them enough in training camp, and completely blew off the "bye" week. I really couldn't care less if that's how most of the NFL does it now. It's not all of the NFL that does things that way. And, there's only one Cardinals franchise. I think the rules are different for us.

Look at how Tomlin's Steelers are doing. They did twice as many two-a-days in training camp, and had two full practices on their bye week. Some said that he would cause a mutiny there, but obviously it is working well. We, on the other hand, come out of our bye and act like we couldn't find our ass with two hands, a map and a mirror. Whis should be pissed and work them hard this week, but it doesn't sound like that's what will happen.

Never argue with a Sicilian when death is on the line and never argue about global warming with Russ around

You could say the same thing about Tom Coughlin. Remember when he was going to get fired?

The Cardinals are going to lose no matter who they have as Head Coach. That's just how things are.

Whisenhunt is a cool guy and looks like Central Casting sent him to Phoenix for the coaching job. And since he's enough of a Riverboat gambler to keep things interesting we might as well keep him.

Sign him to a new 10 year contract and let's forget about that part of the Franchise for the next decade.

This overreaction is ridiculous. Discipline doesn't come over night. He has radically changed the systems this team runs, just give it time. He is the right man for the job. Not many teams can stay competitive with a backup QB (especially one with a dangling arm). I admit this team played horribly last week but I expect a much better showing this week. The Whiz will get them on track. That is all for my rambling speech tonight.

Whisenhunt will be ok. He is the best coach we have had in years. You have to give him time. We have had 6 competative games where we were in those games until last seconds. I'm counting out Carolina game and yesterday's game was just a bad game.

I do agree he needs a real GM for him to be successful but that probably will not happen.

To be fair that's just speculation right now.

I would say he is the best personality and exciting offensive coach ( even with what happened Sunday) we've had in years.

It remains to be seen if he can overcome the Curse of Coryell.

With Warner starting and having that bad wing, there have been NO pitchouts. Everything's up the gut. Rattay must really suck. Wiz must be dying iside.

Maybe they should run the zone read with Q at QB.
