On April 10, former Texas football wide receiver Isaiah Bond turned himself in to Frisco police for an outstanding sexual assault warrant. He posted bond and was released. A few days later, Bond filed a complaint against his accuser, calling the narrative "false" and seeking monetary relief, punitive damages and an injunction.
Bond's agent disseminated that complaint to all 32 NFL organizations ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft, according to NFL Network insider Ian Rappaport.
Considered by some a likely first-round pick heading into the 2024 campaign, Bond delivered an uneven 2024 campaign with the Longhorns.
Plagued by injuries, he caught 34 passes for 540 yards and five touchdowns for the Longhorns last year. He was more productive with Alabama as a sophomore, when he tallied 668 receiving yards.

In the wake of Bond's legal issues, some experts are projecting him to go undrafted. Dane Brugler at The Athletic recently published a seven-round mock that did not include Bond.
