Sucking at his job and sexually harassing women, but other than that we should all love the guy.Why all the IT hate?

He's an unofficial consultant now so giving him the GM position officially might not change much. One thing I will give him is there was no shortage of point guards on the Knicks when he was GM. He neglected the rest of the roster but at least we'll have playmakers.
Lol… seriously. Isiah is a wart on a boil’s butt for so many reasons that the question shouldn’t be why shouldn’t we hire him but WTF would we even consider hiring him (if that’s actually the case.)Sucking at his job and sexually harassing women, but other than that we should all love the guy.
Lol… I like this plan. Preemptive strike might be needed here.Thomas' tenure as a GM makes James Jones look like Jerry West.
We need another sexual harassment complaint to come out about him, force Ishbia to cut ties.
Has Thomas harassed any of you sexually? If so, it is time to speak out.
Google him and read the shyte he pulled with the Knicks. He’s a repulsive individual and doesn’t bode well he’s tight with Ishbia IMOJames Jones is only relevant because he is Lebron's friend. Why all the IT hate? James Jones sucked as a player. He sucks as GM but he is living on Lebron's nuts.

It was more of a rhetorical question than a real one.Because rich people always believe that they're smarter than everyone else, and they look for ways to prove it.
There’s a generalization…Because rich people always believe that they're smarter than everyone else, and they look for ways to prove it.
Was Isiah in charge of the Knicks, when they acquired Q.Richardson from us? Without the insurance papers? Lol
Gambo said he had nothing to do with this trade. He also seemed to have a conversation with James in that if James thought for one second he wasn't calling the shots? He would have quit already. He said owners have friends they call to run things by and said that could have happened but that this was James Jones deal all the way.Nothing new here, just kind of spells out how the recent Bradley Beal trade was very Thomas-esque. Disregard for the salary cap and position fit, when a big name player is available then go for it.
Phoenix Suns: Influence Of Isiah Thomas Is Starting To Show
The Phoenix Suns pulled off another blockbuster trade in acquiring Bradley Beal from the Washington Wizards. After depth was an issue in the playoffs last season, the Suns are not fixing that at least right now.www.yardbarker.com
I heard that too, and immediately thought of my previous post.Gambo said he had nothing to do with this trade. He also seemed to have a conversation with James in that if James thought for one second he wasn't calling the shots? He would have quite already. He said owners have friends they call to run things by and said that could have happened but that this was James Jones deal all the way.
All generalizations are bad.There’s a generalization…
Can't they just buy smarts?Because rich people always believe that they're smarter than everyone else, and they look for ways to prove it.
That's generally not true! All generalizations are bad.
Yes, Thomas was in charge. He did manage to unload Kurt Thomas' contract (after overpaying him) and get Nate Robinson in the deal.Pretty sure he was
When your teams are that bad and you have really high picks, its really not that hard. He did draft Camby for instance, but in doing so he passed on Marbury, Iverson, Kobe, Ray Allen, Peja and Steve Nash.Thomas may have not had a great trade record, he did a great job drafting cornerstones of TOR organization in its first 4 years of existence.
Damon Stoudamire
Marcus Camby
Tracy McGrady
Vince Carter (draft day trade)
Of course all his legal issues ruined his executive career.
Yeah. The best thing you can say aout Isiah and drafting is that he's lousy but not quite Ryan McD lousy. When your teams are that bad and you have really high picks, its really not that hard. Iverson went #1 so they couldn't take him, but other than Kobe or Nash whom 12 or more teams passed up, Isiah had some company. While Camby didn't have the offensive game, he was one hell of a defensive player throughout his career. His drafting those 4 years helped TOR become a power in the East early in their history. Again, I will agree that his trade history is atrocious but he was strong at talent scouting. When your teams are that bad and you have really high picks, its really not that hard.
