The New York Islanders have signed Joey Larson to a one-year, entry-level contract beginning in the 2025-26 season.
Larson, 24, registered 24 points (10 goals, 14 assists) in 37 games as a junior at Michigan State University this season.
The 6'1, 196-pound forward played in 75 games over two seasons with the Spartans, where he had 56 points (26 goals, 30 assists).
Before Michigan State, Larson tallied 27 points (13 goals, 14 assists) in 36 games as a freshman at Northern Michigan University.
Signing Larson was the latest move for the Islanders, who also recently signed Gleb Veremyev to a two-year, entry-level contract, as well as Max Dorrington to an amateur tryout with the Bridgeport Islanders.
