The Cardinals have to pay for all those new quarterbacks (and new offensive linemen) somehow.

According to Field Yates of ESPN, Cardinals guard Mike Iupati has agreed to a $3 million pay cut this season.

He’ll make a guaranteed $5 million, but it was originally $7.75 million, and his $250,000 roster bonus which was due tomorrow is going away. Next year is also voidable in his deal.

Good move, and makes Iupati and asset....an injury prone asset, but an asset none the less.

Also says we're bringing in Justin Pugh. I would be very happy with that signing. Humphries-Iupati-Shipley/Boehm-Pugh-Smith?

Can we find something better at center
I would like to add billy price in round 2
The guy is dominant
I'm not arguing against an upgrade at center, but Shipley has been the most stable part of the oline the past two years and maybe the least penalized too.

I like Price too, but with his injury at the combine he may slide in the draft, and the Cardinals may need that to happen in the draft to get him, because REGARDLESS of what the media says, I still think Arizona takes a QB high in the draft. #smokescreen.

They're trying to prevent another team from jumping them until they can get a deal worked out to move up hopefully.

Quentin Nelson in round one if we don't go QB and Will Hernandez or Billy Price in the second would take care of the offensive line. I still don't believe they are releasing Veldheer. We don't have any tackles other than Humphries and he's the LT. Releasing Veldheer would be the dumbest move they could possibly make. Keim can't be that stupid.

Love that Iupati took a pay cut. Hopefully he can stay healthy this year.

The guy is injury prone now, so I can see why he took the pay cut opposed to possibly being cut for his salary, but that is still a old school gesture for the franchise you play for and trying to win

Smith can play RT as can Pugh, if signed.

Trade Veldeer to Cleveland.

Good that the Cards are addressing the OL. Will be interesting to see how it shapes up, after free agency and the draft, going into training camp.
