Frerotte's back is jacked and he will miss at least two weeks.

If Clancy ever ONCE during this game puts in a 3-man rush prevent, I am going to hurl.

Jackson

Mixed feelings here. Gus is steady but has been declining the last few games. Jackson provided a big spark and was very efficient vs. detroit. BUT that was Detroit.

This will be the game that will determine if the Vikings need to start looking for a starting caliber QB for 2009.

Did Jackson learn by sitting on the bench and watching Gus? Does he finally "get it"??

We'll find out Sunday I guess....................... *sigh*

Clancy:

1. Can we make sure that when Chike and Laboy are on the backside of a running play that they anticipate the bootleg pass on Sunday?

2. Young Qbs love the TE. Usually they run routes in the middle of the field where the throws are easier. Lets make sure the D finds them.

3. Maybe Dansby should spy on Jackson. QBs who are also athletic will look to run

The ******** TE was his primary receiver in the second half Sunday. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Never look down on your enemy. Peterson will get you no matter who hands him the ball. This qb might not be a pro bowler, and I for one don't want the Cards to show the world, that he should be!

yeah so true see not like the vikings were going to pass much anyways we are going to get a heavy helping of Peterson on sunday. I know Jackson isn't a great passer but i'm a little scared of him cause of his scrambling skills. But eaither way sunday will be huge test for the cardinals against a good quality team. GO CARDS

He is terribly inaccurate as a passer. I can see him breaking some plays for first downs but I just can't see the Vikings offense keeping pace with our offense unless we self implode with fumbles, picks or special team breakdowns.

Jackson has a very low I.Q. for a quarterback. He might be the worst QB I have seen this season. That being said he did well coming in last week against Detroit.

The cards will stack the box to stop Peterson and dare Jackson to throw the ball.

And, not let Jackson make plays with his feet. His feet will be more dangerous than his arm. McNabb hurt us with some runs.
