Yeah Money Mike did it again yesterday. Some guys are 6 foot 3, some guys can bench press Mike Adams 50 times in a row, some guys are quicker than the receivers and take it back to the house...but some guys can just flat out play football.

Just wait. K9 or someone will come on here and say that The Cards screwed up by trading Jefferson. They should have foreseen all of this.
Jefferson was inactive for that horrible Viking secondary. I liked AJ, but that's not very promising.

He was traded like 8 days ago... give the man some time!!! Westerman and McQuistan didn't dress for us either, and you could make the argument our OLB and O-line depth is every bit as shaky as Minnesota's secondary depth.

David Garrard would be a good veteran pick up. I doubt it happens though.

Anyone notice Mike pulled up lame on the last play of the game, grabbing his right knee/calf area?

I'm guessing just a cramp but he was definately on the ground while everyone was celebrating.

I can't be the only who struggles to tell the difference between Fleming, Gay and Toler.

Too much dreads in the secondary.
Gay is more polished/somewhat less physical.

Flemming isn't a blazer, but pretty solid as a tackler.

Toler probably has the most speed and can be very physical, but is still honing his technique and shaking off rust.

All could do better arriving at the ball not too late/not too early, but "just right."

That's my perception of the three.

Adams was struggling the last few plays with what looked like cramp. After he defended the pass in the back-right corner he was trying to shake something out of his leg.
First game of the season and he probably ended up getting a lot more snaps than expected with Fleming down.
