Florida Atlantic and Mike Jarvis finally have a deal. After weeks of anticipation, Jarvis is being announced Tuesday as the Owls' new coach, his first sideline job since St. John's fired him nearly five years ago. Jarvis' four-year contract must be approved Wednesday by university trustees. He replaces Rex Walters, who announced on April 14 that he was leaving after two seasons for San Francisco.
