Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his brother, ESPN analyst Jason Kelce, announced, that Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum would be this week's guest on their podcast, "New Heights" on Monday afternoon.

During the Celtics' matchup against the Sacramento Kings that evening, Tatum gave Boston fans a huge scare, exiting the game with 3:35 left in the third quarter due to an ankle injury. After jumping to shoot a 3-pointer, Tatum came down on Kings forward Domantas Sabonis' foot, and fell to the ground in pain, where he stayed for quite some time.

Tatum exited the game with assistance and did not return. Amid the concerning news, it wouldn't have been a surprise if the six-time NBA All-Star bailed on his "New Heights" appearance.

Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla told reporters after the game, "He's just icing it right now. I didn't see the play, but they made the right call. It was a flagrant foul [on Sabonis]. Fortunate that he was able to shoot the free throws. [He's] taking care of it right now."

The Celtics officially listed Tatum as "doubtful" to play against the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday, which is good news considering many fans worried he could be out for quite some time. A sign of even better, news, Tatum still made his spperanceon "New Heights."

In a preview of Wednesday's episode shared on March 25, Tatum spoke about his injury for the first time. "How's everything feeling?" Travis asks.
