Didn't say he wouldn't gaurd Carter, I said not worried about Carter. And Raja would probally gaurd Iverson in a playoff series if they even make it. And they could use Hill, Boris, Strawberry, Giricek on Melo. Just saying this wasn't your normal game against the Nugz. Our starters all played less min than normal and we have a better bench as well, I will stand by what I said we would beat them in a series. And Donald if thats what their starters average they will be dead come playoff time anyway and wouldn't worry about them one bit, if they can even make it as personally GS is a better team than the Nugz.

we have a better bench? since when?

Kleiza, Najera, Smith, Carter >>>>>>barbosa and diaw. not even close.

I think they have to win at least one of the next two games. Going on a three game losing streak right now could be costly. Both Utah and San Antonio are tough, but we did beat a tough team in Boston a couple weeks ago, so it's possible to win 'em.

I am sure the Nugz don't shoot over 62% from 3 every night either. They had a good game against the Suns who were on a B2B not too worried about this loss.

It's not about the fact they lost a freaking B2B game at the back end, in the mile high city no less. It's about HOW they did it. Every freaking team in the league shoots way better % agains us then they normally do. It's become a NORM now. They will not shoot 62% 3pt against other teams but they'll to us if we don't change our approach!

And the explanation? Our defense make their shooters confident. We didn't want to sacrifice offense to try to stop AI or Melo, by sticking LB/Hill on AI and Bell on Melo almost all game long COMPLETELY OVERMATCHED. Not to mention, Anthony freaking Carter had another career game with 13 assists and two big 3pters as if Nash was not even existent. It's no fluke, pal!

J.R Smith is the exact type of player the Suns can use off the bench, someone next to Barbosa to come in and just hammer teams with 3-4 3pts when open.

They should chase him this off season.

So basically get J.R Smith, then if they want to increase defense on the perimeter.... chase after Quinton Ross again. Or how about just playing DJ Strawberry and Tucker more so they actually develop... these guys were drafted to be defenders yet do not get anything from D'Antoni.

Draft a big who will eventually be the starter next to Amare Stoudemire. Draft a pg/sg player second round.
