The Jazz visit the Suns tonight in Phoenix with a start time of 7 PM Arizona time. Eric Bledsoe is expected to come off the bench again per Paul Coro on twitter. I am interested if the Suns handle this rematch well.

Suns are just a better team than Jazz...Not sure if its just energy or talent. Probably both!

Tucker is playing so well early.

What's with Marvin Williams. Is he payed by how well he plays against the Suns?

With Favors, Williams and Kanter, the Jazz should dominate inside. I think they have plenty of talent to be a better team. IMO, their problem is coaching.

This is some piss-poor reffing. Obvious offensive foul called the wrong way against us and then a clear foul as Dragic drives and it's ignored.

Plumlee may not put up huge stats but he anchors the Suns defense inside . He alters a lot of shots.

Poor defense killed them...
I don't want to second guess Jeff, but once we got to within two points with a few minutes to go, perhaps the defense of Plumlee and Tucker should have been on the floor for the duration. All we would have needed was a 4-point turnaround, which would have been do-able with the two of them on the court for defense.

Not playing Plumlee in the 4th has been driving me crazy for several games now. If he were a 30% FT shooter and had no ability on offense, I may be able to understand, but he IS able to score.

Additionally, Jeff needs to make it clear whose team this is- Goran's or Eric's. Two of them looked like crap playing together.

Strongly disagree. Doing that would just create more problems IMO. Give them a month or two of playing together and it will shake itself out. As it is, they've only been on the court together for a handful of games.

I've been saying it for awhile, Plumlee anchors the Suns defense inside. His importance is often not reflected on paper. He alters a lot of shots.

Absolutely! On top of that, he is a threat on offense. If he were useless on offense, I'd kind of, sort of, understand not playing him in the 4th, but he is by far the best inside defender, and he is competent offensively. There us no reason to have the two shooting guards in PF bodies (Morris and Frye) to be playing in the fourth over Plumlee.

Especially when the other players on the court are not hitting FTs.

I can understand not playing him in the final few minutes if FT shooting becomes a concern but where was he earlier in the 4th quarter. Plumlee is essential to the Suns defense, so I do not understand why the Suns do not play him in the 4th quarter.

I don't know what Jeff's reasoning is with Plumlee but consider the guy played something like 18 minutes total last year. 25 minutes a guy is a lot for someone not used to being a contributor especially on the second night of a back to back.

To that I say, give Plumlee his rest earlier and have his defense on the court with the game on the line.

Especially until Bledsoe gets his legs back and is able to out-offense the lack of defense. Last night vs. the Jazz at home was an example of that.
