Blake was in the North End Zone shaking hands with people.

Damn Yellow shirts wouldn't let me go down there.

What a guy though man!

He's been around long enough to appreciate true fans. I'm sure he knows how hard it must be for die-hard Cardinal fans.

I saw on TV that after the last kneel-down he went right to the south end zone and gave the ball to the fans.

Classy move by a classy guy.

On the last cards offensive drive (the one capped by the Hodgins TD), during a TV Timeout Blake looked up into our section, Section 8, and raised his hands in the air toward us. The section came alive with tons of cheers and people standing, yelling, screaming, and such. Blake's reaction was awesome, he threw a punch and started bobbing up and down. It got me pretty damn fired up. He knew he had Green Bay right where he wanted them.

Right before his kneel down to end the game, Blake camed down to the 5 and put his hands up to the crowd...we faithful in section 38 went nuts.

Dex was also the greatest at interacting with the fans...and when they held the Pack to a FG to make it 13-13 instead of 17-13, Dex came to the endzone...pointed to the crowd in the endzone, clapped his hands, and put them together and bowed to the fans. He instantly became my favorite player on the defense...INSTANTLY. He understands how important diehards are.

THAT, my friends, is how you earn the fans' appreciation. These guys LOVE playing in front of us, and they love hearing our cheers.

I wanted to weep for joy right in the middle of Damon's when Dex left 2 seconds on the clock. It's a rare thing indeed for us to do the victory kneeldown play. Gawd, how I loved it!

I think the combination of things that he brings may make him the BEST choice the team could have made . . .

So that's where the Ministry of Silly Walks is located. I've always wondered about that.

Here in Charlotte NC I watched the game at Coaches Sports Bar and Grill off of Park Road (South Charlotte). I sat at the bar at the TV that was designated for the Cards game and jokingly said......"well someone has to love'em and besides they are much better than meets the eye". A guy wearing a Fox Sports TV golf shirt came over and said the following:

" I have to run now ,but keep the faith.....you're right about them about to turn the corner and I know a little about football". He didn't elaborate and was exiting my area when he turned around and said............Pat Tillman bought you guys all the good karma that you'll need.

Neat uh!
