Take it with a grain of salt, it's from Pedro Gomez, who hates JC. I have seen Moorad at BOB a number of times this season, several times hanging out with Colangelo and seeming extremely good buddies; once when JC was in Italy Moorad was with some of the other owners and not looking so warmly connected, and once with 4-5 slick young SoCal lawyer-types. More likely Moorad is some version of JC's hand-picked successor, but I guess we shall see. If he could bring some kind of coherent forethought and planning to the organization, and a less impatient, haphazard approach, that might be nice. And money. And pitchers, that'd be cool.
Just don't screw with our farm system, that's all.
