Rome was Skip Bayless a decade before. Based his opinion by which side was most controversial. Casual fan was hoodwinked into believing he had any knowledge. Total egomaniac as well.

I remember Scott in Scottsdale calling in quite a bit. Most callers were from California or the south.

And Slam Man Jay Mohr. Jim Rome was “fresh” from 93 to 2002. Pocketed a fortune in the social media era based on his good work in the 90s. The real question is why Skip Bayless is still relevant

I listen to Rome and he is good but I don’t get all the callers and their smack talk against other callers.

I’ve been on this board for sixteen and half years. That’s amazing. Since then I’ve changed jobs, moved, gotten married, had two kids, said bye to my grandpa. Bob, Tim, Skorp, Bill, jstadvl and I know others I’m missing have passed. Just think of the players we argued over in past drafts who have now been retired for years.
It’s been so much fun, and I’m totally grateful for this board and all of you.
