By that logic, if all he is is a slot receiver, NFW you give up anywhere near that much for him. Slot receivers are a dime a dozen.

If he's gonna play TE, especially in this offense, he needs to be able to block.

I would consider Graham a top 5 WR in this league if we are going to call him a WR. I'm not arguing either way if 2 1sts is worth the price or not. I'm arguing that he really isn't a TE. Would someone give 2 1st round picks for a top 5 receiver in this league? I would wager a handful of teams would.

Graham is a top-5 pass catcher but giving up two-1st rounders PLUS a huge contract is just poor value. The Saints know what they're doing.

Had the Colts not thrown away their 1st-round pick they'd be the only team that would consider it since they have $ to burn and could fully utilize him with Luck IMO.

Slot receivers who are 6'7" 260 and run 4.53 are not a dime a dozen. But I still wouldn't give up 2 first round selections for him. On the other hand 16 TDs?!? No, still wouldn't do it.

Hey, those might be better accuracy numbers than Skelton or Lindley in college lol

Sadly that # is what Double Dunce and Rag Arm Ryan put up in the NFL. Combined 53.2% with 2 TDs and 16 INTs in 2012. Our QBs were beyond horrendous in that season.

And the league disagrees. He was tagged as a TE.

I didn't expect anything less. It says a crazy precedent down the road that they didn't want to deal with.

Now here comes the crazy part. He can file a dispute on this. If it is determined that he is a Wide Receiver then the tag has not been applied correctly to him and it will be rescinded, making him a free agent.
