Offensive cordinator. I was listening to this guy on 1060 and he is a smart football guy. They asked him if had gotten any calls and he said three that were for real. Then the asked him what about a job with the next caoch here in the valley. Bugs said he would like that and take a serius look at who it is and what they think they could get done. He was a decent HC for us that IMO was one year away from making something happen, I believe we were 7-9 the year he got canned. He would brinmg toughness, football savy to the table and certainly knows what to do with the offensive line, great in Washington and real good here .

I hope he gets to talk with the new head coach and I know he would be verey popular. It certainly sounded like he would discuss it with his wife and mull over the choices.

I agree-

I've always liked Joe and no one knows the NFL like Buges.

Can't deny the warm fuzzy I would get seeing Buges on the sidelines again in a lieutenants (sp?) capacity! (He's the reason I became a season ticket holder) I am going to take the high road here & wait to see whom the Bidwills & Mr. Graves hire has a head coach

I would love to have Bugel on the sideline! Fassel and Bugel! Bugel would make a great O-line coach...maybe even OC...Bring him on! They were 7-9 that year...but they won like thier last 4 games and Bugel still got fired. I was sooooo pissed about that...I even wrote the Cards org. complaining about it. We had a good offense at the end of that year with Beuerlein at QB and Hearst at HB..

O-Line coach fine - but if he's our OC I'm gonna puke - you need tacticians at the key coordinator positions and Joe just ain't that IMO.

Did you guys forget how awful the O-line was all those years under Bugel before his last year - or just how bad those offenses were in general during his time here - besides the fact that the team was 3-9 threee-fourths of the way through that year and ended up at 7-9 by winning their last four games? I realy think one winning streak isn't enough to bring that guy back in a serious position of power (i.e. OC) - O-line would be fine with me - but I would not be happy with him at OC.
