With rumors circulating about the Cincinnati Bengals playing their first international game since 2019, against the Miami Dolphins in Madrid, Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow indicated on social media that he'd be all for it.

"Bengals vs Dolphins in Madrid? Please be true," Burrow posted to Instagram.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said last November that the league is looking to play about eight games outside the United States during the 2025 season, including Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Great Britain, Germany and possibly Ireland.

The Dolphins are scheduled to be among the Bengals' 2025 opponents.

The Bengals and Dolphins last met in 2022, with Cincinnati winning 27-15.

The Bengals beat Miami at Paycor Stadium on Thursday Night Football in September 2022. The Dolphins led 15-14 through three quarters, but Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was taken off the field on a stretcher and hospitalized with head and neck injuries.

Burrow was 20-of-31 for 287 passing yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions against the Dolphins.
