Not me, with Boris's and Leandro's new contract kicking in, the Suns will need low priced players that can come in and fill roles. I bet that we will keep 2 of the 3 picks, unless we use them to move much higher up in the draft.

We would better keep all picks because next year might be the best draft ever, top 5 all-time definately if even 70% of the projected players declare for the draft.

So?

Hmmmm, I dont know. He is dominant though. Plus he used to be on the Suns and he'd be good on the suns and stuff like that.

He wouldn't be near the player he is now if he was on the Suns. Even so, isn't it about time to just get over Joe Johnson? It's been a year and a half now.

Joe is dominant, dominating the ball that is, and the hawks are 3-7 in their last ten games. Last night 34 pts, 1 assist, 2 rebounds in a lopsided Hawks loss. Beware of the stats of good players on bad teams.

He chose to be a big fish in a small pond (Atlanta/ Eastern Conference), rather than be a smaller fish in the Western Conference. Joe Johnson is a very good basketball player but dominant? I'm not willing to go that far yet.

I would rather have Michael Redd. He really impressed me the last game he played against Phoenix. He has the complete package. Maybe we should start a Michael Redd is dominant thread.

why would you rather have Michael Redd? JJ can score the ball just as well, is a better rebounder and a better playmaker AND has his HORRIFIC team at 8-9 while Redd's team, with somewhat better talent is still at 7-11. JJ's game has really turned up a ridiculous notch and the Hawks, as miserable as they are, have actually beat some decent teams as well - Orlando, Denver and Cleveland, while I think the most impressive win the Bucks have is the Lakers.

I don't think either guy is dominant. Any time a player plays on a crappy team, his stats are bound to be over inflated. It's not like those teams have many other options.

Dont get me wrong, joe johnson is a big time top 15 player right now. And he's a perennial (sic) all-star. But he isn't as good as Michael Redd, for one reason, quickness.

Michael Redd has a first step. Joe can get away with that because his great dribbling creates a first step. But michael redd can get his shot off incredibly quick, joe can't. It's close, but redd is better.

he might be a slightly bettter scorer, but JJ is better at dishing the rock and rebounding, making those around him better. I think that's what makes JJ the better overall player.

If JJ really is DOMINANT I hope he proves it tonight.

Personally, I think a Hawks loss is more valuable than a Lakers loss. The Suns will most likely win the Pacific by a few games at least whereas the Hawks will be in the running for the #8 spot unless JJ is hurt because the East sucks.

It's just the principle of the thing. Let the Hawks take this one, it's only one game. Then they can lose the next 10.

Maybe they can all give each other some contageous virus that will sideline their starting lignups for the next 10 days.
