John DeFilippo, Nathaniel Hackett, Kliff Kingsbury, and likely Tom Monken available in offseason

There is no reason we can't get an offensive minded coordinator/coach this offseason. The question is which are Arians and which are HC Norv Turner?

KK was already fired, so he's definitely available.

Would rather have John Harbaugh than those options. Maybe Harbaugh HC and Kingbury as OC? A DC I would love for ARZ to pursue is Brent Venables, that man has transformed defenses at every stop in his college career. Supposedly, this is the year he may be hired as a HC as he is rumored to be on Texas Tech's short list.

John Harbaugh (Ravens) and Mike McCarthy(Packers) are both on the hot seat. However, they are both winning coaches and would be a huge improvement over Wilks.

Yes. John Harbaugh has proven through many years that he can be a good head coach. There is a lot more to being a head coach than just the ability to call plays, and as a former special teams coordinator, Harbaugh has shown that he can adjust to his personnel and relate to every player, and probably to every person in the organization as well. He can control and manage an entire team. If he is indeed released, he will be as courted as Andy Reid was some years ago.

There are several other candidates I think could be interesting, but I would certainly be okay with Harbaugh.

Doug Marrone could be gone at Jacksonville.

Several of those guys just got fired. Why would we want to hire them? That's the same mistake we just made with Mike McCoy. When will people learn. It's just like Cincy hiring Hue Jackson after being canned by the Browns. How did that work out for Cincy against the Browns this weekend?

That is a pretty crappy list of names. How about thinking about a new GM who will hire the new coach. If Keim is left to do it...he will choose from this list and that would be bad.

John DeFilippo gets my vote with Todd Bowles as DC.

Based on what??? From everything I’ve seen Doug Peterson was the offensive genius in philly not Defillipo who had a generational talent to work with in Wentz? Don’t really understand the live around this bioard for him other then being an offensive coach...

I also like what he has been doing in Minnesota. Listening to him and watching what he has been accomplishing over the last two seasons has me keeping a close eye on him.

He’s honestly been.....bad in Minnesota & I was his biggest supporter prior to the offseason.

Kind of like how people were so excited for Wilks when he was DC and Carolina was running Rivera's scheme.

You want a genius offensive oriented guy for HC? Find the guy who is working under the defensive minded HC and whose offense feels innovative and is putting up gaudy numbers

That is not shocking. Texas Tech has done well in identifying and coaching QBs in wide open offenses. I know they face an uphill battle in terms of recruiting talent. I doubt he gets a HC job, but I will be shocked if he isn't an OC.

The Vikes are 7th in passing and Kirk Cousins is having his best season ever. This is his first season as OC for them to so I would think he is doing a pretty good job with stats like that.

Just like Dirk Koetter. Couldn't coach his way out of a wet paper bag at ASU and then the NFL gives him an opportunity. How has that worked out for TB? It's a joke that these guys keep getting chances.
Maybe not as HC, but I'd take Dirk for OC...he did well in ATL.

Personally, I am curious about what you don't like. I have liked his use of Diggs and Thielen along with how he has used Cook since he has been back. All of this done with an offensive line that is equally poor as ours is.
