He is more of a pf than a c. His nicknames that has stuck is "Jonny Badger"

So much the better. If the Suns keep Wright he will likely be playing backup center. They can also switch positions although Wright does not have much of an outside shot playing PF.

If he does not demonstrate an ability to shoot from 3 (beyond the small sample size in 2014) then I don't think he will be in the rotation. His basic stats don't paint a pretty picture. And I know blocks are not the be all end all, but 0.1 blocks per game make me think he does not do much to distract around the hoop.

He is more of a tall Steve Novak IMO... he will be used as a stretch 4, and he only cost 1 million so I'm OK with him.

He is more of a complete player than Novak. Novak is more pure shooter. He's a nice inexpensive, effective bench piece. You cannot complaing about getting a contributor for $1 mil.
