It is covered in the other Josh Jackson Arrested thread. This is a family court situation - no real proof of anything. Certainly possible, imo.

No criminal charges have been made. It is a custody claim. As far as I can tell there is no proof at all. It is possible, but just seems a little outlandish to me.

He is an idiot, no question but the mother has a pretty sketchy record and when custody and $$ are at stake I'm not sure anything from either camp can be believed on face value.

I don't believe there is a way to get a kid accidently high. The kid either ate weed or had smoke blown directly into their mouths. No other way to get there.

No you can get contact high being in the same room or car and it wouldn’t take much for an infant to get high. What a scumbag if true.

Where did you get that the little girl tested positive? I cannot find that anywhere. I did find that the mother was jailed at one time for child abuse. Mother is 42 years old—old enough to be JJ’s mother.

That doesn't happen unless in extreme situations. I was on tasc as a minor and still hung out with stoners all day. I never failed a test from it or got a contact high from it. Maybe if he rolled his windwos up and put down a full blunt. Otherwise, I stand by my comment.

You could be right. But I don’t think JJ’s history provides a whole lot of support in giving him the benefit of the doubt. Now here might be equally dubious as well, which would balance the scales, but we know about JJ’s tun in with a woman in college, his no show to a team event followed with a lame lie as an excuse, and his most recent run in with the law in Florida.

Did anyone else read how the mother of the child is 41 years old and a record for child abuse? She served 3 years of probation for it also. I don't know what she did as that's not stated but it doesn't paint her in the best light either. Add that to how she didn't take the kid to the doctor, hospital, or call the police when she couldn't wake the kid up after Josh had had the kid for a while. That seems incredibly odd on it's own.

I'm not saying JJ is innocent but his accuser doesn't have much credibility, IMO. If this came out about Josh last offseason, I doubt that most here would be discussing it the same as they are now.

Here are the things we know.

1. JJ is sleeping with a woman old enough to be his mother.
2. AND having unprotected sex.
3. And he’s a pot head. He admitted that (which is a banned substance for NBA players).

I am not willing to accept the baby getting high thing without proof.
