if it turns out that he won't be a Cardinal next year... so be it, but my guess is that he (like everyone else who is abused while here) will turn out to be a good QB for somebody.

.. by the Josh haters in here. He is not the greatest QB we could have on this team, but he is nowhere NEAR as bad as some of you make him out to be. He had an opportunity this year to start a couple of games and he actually passed for more yards and helped us score more points than with KW...do I think he is better than KW? NO... just that all the BS that is associated with his performance LAST YEAR has nothing to do with how he performed when KW was hurt this year. Give the kid a break and if it turns out that he won't be a Cardinal next year... so be it, but my guess is that he (like everyone else who is abused while here) will turn out to be a good QB for somebody. He has ALWAYS given 110% when he had the opportunity, he has never had the benefit of a OL or a running game and he never quit...give the bashing a break and let's see if he can't find a way to win us a couple more games this year so we AS FANS can enjoy watching them.

I did some soul searching and I have to say that I still hate Josh McCown. It may be for reasons he cant control but I still dont like him.

My biggest problem is that he owns a spot on the roster that should be reserved for our QBOF. He was given a chnace to be that and proven that he isnt. I dont want to waste anymore time with him either starting, holding a clipboard or otherwise.

My issues should be, and is, with the Cards organaization for not addressing this sooner, but my ire goes to McCown b/c he is occuppying a spot that he should not be.

I've done some soulsearching, too. Turns out, I don't hate Josh, people only think I do because I think he's a poor starting NFL QB.

He's a really good backup, though.

Much like Josh, it'll do in a pinch if you're out of crunchy PB. You just want to make sure you go out to the store and get some more crunchy first chance you get.
