There is a part of me that feels bad for him...but a much bigger part of me is happy the Dbacks seem to have gotten the best of the deal

That's great. I don't even like RJ a little bit anymore. I was getting really tired of his routine.

RJ really isn't that good anymore. Like what usually happens when you're 42, RJ's fastball has lost it's velocity and his slider has lost it's bite. Thankfully he demanded a trade to a "contender" or else we'd be stuck with him through his twilight years at $17 million per. Instead, we'll pay Halsey and Vazquez half of that for comparable performance.

On another front, ex-DBack Junior Spivey is not exactly having a career year, hitting .240 with an OBP of .314. He has 7 errors for a .966 FP.
