And i think cowheard is about to comment on the situation as he just went into commercial saying something about a selfish cardinal player.

You think they would tell the media any different?

Comments aside, I dont think him leaving the celebration and leaving out the back door makes a case for a "whole lot of nothing". At least it doesnt help.

F Quan?

"Like I told you guys at the beginning of the season, my main goal was to do this. I've come through with all of my promises. I fought. I gave my heart to this organization. It's paying off."

Yeah. Real son a bitch.

Nothing new there.

You're taking this WAY too far. I am on your side that Boldin screwed up and that should be recognized but you're crossing the line.

Move on.

Does Q drink? Was the champagne flowing in the lockerroom?

Might lead him to "leave out back door."

That and the real celebration should be after the win the Super Bowl.

im sorry you yell at your OC and threaten him during the most important drive in cards history and then leave during the best moment in history thus far, screw him trade i used to be a quan guy but i hope he never plays another down as a cardinal, but his value is certainly down now with what has happened

I don't know if the Cards should trade him but I'd say his value can't be hurt that much. This kind of behavior has come to be expected from receivers. Q id an alter boy compared to half the others in the league.

First off I think there is a lot of overreaction going on here on this board with this issue. Secondly the Bengals are going to quite possibly lose Chad Johnson and TJ Whosyourmomma this offeason, the Lions will need someone to pair up with Calvin Johnson, the Redskins are dying to get a good recevier, and the Eagles need a receiver as well so do the Dolphins and Raiders, not to mention our three divisional foes, and a handful of other teams I can't think of right now. IF push comes to shove this offseason I have no doubt the Cards will be able to move Q for a 1st rounder. That is three months away though, the Cards are preparing for the Super Bowl, Q is still a Cardinal and that is the furthest thing from my mind.

Excellent.

So it all amounts to a bunch of nothing.

Boldin is fine, and will continue on as he has done all season.

Haley admits to being an emotion SOB, which he has always been.

Let's concentrate on the Superbowl.

Ahhhhh, much better.

Teams dont want guys like TO and ocho cinco now so the more he crys and yells on the sidelines and sulks his value goes down this league is becoming more character based esp with all the whiney WR's recently, plus who wants a guy that hasnt been healthy the past three years he is just one of those guys who you know will miss three to six games a year.

Real question:

Did all the Cards stay on the field to celebrate?

Not celebrating with your team period on or off the field is a bitch move! Hopefully he has some sort of legitimate explanation for this crap.

Amounts to basically nothing, but they need stuff to talk about so expect it to be hashed, rehashed and super rehashed to death over the next two weeks.

According to the article, it doesn't even say he wasn't on the field for the celebration; just that he ducked out right away when they got in the locker room. The yelling with him and Haley is absolutely nothing, IMO.

But let's trade him for two first rounders; I have NO problem with that.

This subject will be dividing Cardinals fans against each other and that's probably not a good thing at this moment. We'll probably never hear any new information about it, just more speculation. If Boldin is here next season we can safely assume it was nothing. If he is traded I think that will tell us everything we need to know

Did you guys play the video or just read the article?

In the video, JJ Arrington clearly states everything was fine after the game.

Y'all is seriously overreactin'.

As with anything in professional sports, it's all going to come down to money. If the Bidwells, upon the advice of Rod Graves and Coach Whisenhunt, decide that they need and want Q on the team next year and they give him a new contract and pay him accordingly, all will be well in the world.

If not, I'm grateful for his time here and wish him well in the future.

Can we merge this thread with the 1000 other Haley vs. Boldin threads??

Bottom line is that if Boldin's number is called, he will play. Whatever happens after the Superbowl is out of our control. With Fitz playing out of his mind, even against double coverage, it is making the possibility of moving on w/o Boldin less painful. Don't get me wrong, I still love the guy and want him on my team, but I want him happy and healthy. The Cardinals are now a respectable franchise and doesnt need malcontents to bring it down.
