Don't know why you'd think that--they've never worked together, and they run totally different schemes. I'm sure that bringing in LeBeau--who also has head coaching experience with the Bengals and maybe the Bills--would be an asset to a lot of coaches, but they don't have a special relationship of working together.

I kept telling people that with the talent the Cards had on defense Horton SHOULD look good. And while he MIGHT be great the stats only prove he is competent....and definately better than billy davis.Whatever happened to Ray Horton? Don't hear his name connected to ANY coaching vacancies.

Don't take this the wrong way, as I'm as excited as hell about the possibility of Richard joining us... but what if Bowles doesn't take a HC job. Where would Lebeau fit in on this D?

He is likely speaking to Bruce to replace bowles if bowles leaves. Not to come here and join Bowles.

Mike Jurecki just said on radio that the Cardinals want Lebeau in a Tom Moore role not as DC. He also said Fangio is not a candidate which makes me hope that Bowles doesn't get a HC job even more. Those were my two favorite candidates

Looks like Butler finally got the DC positing in Pittsburgh. After 11 years as their LB coach. That is an organization with some crazy stability with their coaching staff.
