Justin Timberlake was arrested for DWI on Monday night, police confirm to Variety.

Justin Timberlake was arrested on Monday night in Sag Harbor on New York’s Long Island, police confirm to Variety.

The singer, 43, was scheduled to be arraigned on at least one DWI-related charge on Tuesday morning, a Sag Harbor police spokesperson confirmed. A police rep told NBC that Timberlake was still in custody as of Tuesday morning. The department was expected to release a formal statement later on Tuesday, the rep said.

Multiple reps for the singer did not immediately respond to Variety’s requests for comment. The incident appears to be Timberlake’s first arrest.

Then, at his first concert back from his DUI arrest, Timberlake makes light of getting a DUI. He already has his high-priced lawyers fighting it, etc. rather than being a man and admitting what he's done and using his platform to tell others not to drink and drive. SMH.
