Matter of perspective.... Both have grade A talent.

Looks like the blowout has begun.

I am sure there are a great amount of hotties at OU, but national ASU is known for having a large amount of extremely hot coeds, enough to have a few modeling agencies on campus actively recruiting. And yeah, OU blowout and Chip Kelly will take an NFL job.

One point safety.... awesome!!

Looks like Chip was the one who caught that, too -- someone is showing off for the NFL owners.

Wow. A one point safety and Oregon gets the point. This is a new one for me.

I heard the NCAA is sniffing around the edges of the Oregon program on payments Kelly has made to a "recruiting service"

That Kelly is accepting NFL interviews kinda feels like Pete Carrol bolting

He's been cheating for years, just like all the other top programs.

I'd go as far to say that the Ducks look to have a lot more of the talent out there. Looks like they had their pickens out of a lot of the (Nike sponsored) HS football camps. But...

I don't know. It would be worthy finding out though.

I did some digging -- you can get a one point safety in the NFL, but not for the exact situation that happened in the OU-KSU game.

Basically, if I understand it right, you score a one-point safety on a conversion try if the defense bats or kicks a loose ball (fumble or muffed snap) out of bounds through the end zone. In the NFL, once the defense gains possession of the ball or blocks the kick the try is over, so the blocked kick downed in the end zone situation wouldn't result in the point.

I think the NFL has it right, at least on this play. I do not like this college rule. I do not think the defense should be penalized college or pro for making a good play. Thanks for looking it up.

I agree.. I think the difference is that in college it is still a live ball if the defense gains possession -- If I remember right, I think KSU gained possession of the blocked kick (without it hitting the ground, not sure if that makes a difference here or not) within the field of play and then ran into the end zone and downed it. Regardless, not a great rule.

I think the shovel pass is one of the most under utilized offensive plays. It can really be effective against an aggressive defense.

Not even in SC's ballpark :D

Ok boys....

The funny thing about searching for ASU cheerleader pics is that most are in either their bathing suits or underwear.

Those girls are a little more "free" than most.

ASU's cheerleaders are the C teamers. Actually more like C and D teamers.

People just don't understand that here in AZ, cheerleading isn't something you strive to do. Even in high school here it was the ugly girls that tried out.

Maybe at USC or Oregon it means something, here it doesn't. It's an opportunity for our half-struggling women to pretend to be cute because the beautiful women are out partying instead of cheerleading.

So many times this year I wished the cameras WEREN'T showing our cheerleaders, because some of them are woof woof. Makes our state look bad. They'd show a close up of a real struggling one. With a messed up face or 50 lbs heavy.

We have extremely beautiful women here, and they don't really want to be cheerleaders.

It also doesn't help that the few that are good looking end up being Suns or Cardinals cheerleaders.

USC's and Oregon's blow ours away. It's not even close. But it doesn't mean much. Just that some areas pull in some of their best looking women, and others, don't. Maybe that will change, but it's been this way at least for us for a long time.
