Chiefs are now favored by 2.5 - Indy opened as a 2.5 fave meaning the shift is now 5 points. Obviously somebody likes the Chiefs big time. Cards went from +1.5 to -3 vs. Niners and lost so maybe I'll take the Colts as a home dog.

This is a coin flip to me KC looking for revenge and to prove they are as good as their record. Indy at home being a dog. The bet is prob the under in this game I would stay away from the sides unless you want to tease Indy and the under.

The Chiefs ran Charles into the ground this season. I guess that is what you did when you land an elite Pro Bowl back, but it was only a matter of time

If the spread shifted so much wouldn't that mean all the money was coming in on the colts, so the line moved to make kc more atteactive? I thought the line moved so books would have even action on both sides?

This game is like the KC season. They start hot but fade after the halfway point.

Paper tigers. Never bought into the hype surrounding Kansas City. They did improve immensely, particularly on defense, and are only a legit QB away from being a Super Bowl contender.

To be fair, it did not help to lose JC and all the others.

What the heck happened to the Chiefs defense in the 2nd half of the season?

Before the bye week, the most any team scored against the Chiefs was 17. After the bye week, opposing teams scored 27 or more points in 6 out of 8 (counting today's game) games.

Yes. The opening line really is what Vegas projects it to be. The only way lines move most of the time is because of the action (money) bet on the game. Clearly, a lot of people we on Indy out of the gate.

Difference in being undefeated opening up season, and today! What a difference. Safety play in NFL is huge now. You have to have the pass rush and the secondary in tandem.

Whoa, wait a minute... the line started out as Indy -2.5, but huge money must have come in on KC, because the line shifted to make Indy MORE attractive, at Indy +1.5 to +2.

What a wild game. Exciting to watch. But if you are a Chiefs fan you have to be scratching your head at the game management by the coaches. Defense went to sleep and Reid wasted TO's.
