The Bears could theoretically draft Caleb Williams and keep Justin Fields in hopes that a better trade offer comes around for the 25-year-old. But that's a lose-lose situation, one that could threaten the early development of the quarterback likely to be picked as the foundational piece of the Bears' rebuild.
