I highly recommend listening to these interviews from Keim, Bidwill, and Arians yesterday. There are some really interesting bits in here:

Arians:

http://www.xtra910.com/cc-common/po...dcast=1-18-B___MJ_Hour_3_1358560980_14033.mp3

Keim:

Bidwill:
http://arizonasports.com/40/1603249/Arizona-Cardinals-Michael-Bidwill-Bruce-Arians-is-a-real-leader

Thought it was interesting that Michael loaded up all the Cardinals film onto an iPad and shipped it out to the coaches who he'd be interviewing. I'm sure this is common, but I just thought it was cool.

Thought it was interesting that Whiz and Arians communicated throughout the process and that Whiz recommended he take the job here.

Love that Arians said he would be committing a number of coaches to work with the lineman. We've only had one line coach for quite a while.

Keim really emphasized the importance of getting tougher up front and being able to run the ball. Said that's his #1 priority, even over QB (at least that's how I took it.)

Keim said that his 7 year old could watch Chance Warmack and know he's a dominate player.

It's clear that Arians loves his players and has a great relationship with them and past coaches he's worked with.

Bidwill interviewed people whose names were never released into the media, including a college coach.

Arians said he loves two and three TE sets and if a FB is going to make the roster he better be a dang good special teams player.

Arians is extremely confident, and I think that will carry over to the players.

Arians isn't afraid to play young players.

Arians said it doesn't matter how good the other 21 players play, if you don't have a good QB, you'll lose and he'll get fired. (I anticipate a significantly different depth chart at QB next year.)

Please add anything I may have missed or correct anything inaccurate I may have said.

Who did a real nice job at Texas A&M.

Did we really have him in for an interview?

Lets just say there is a big reason why he got a fat new 5 year contract after only one year on the job. And its more then just having a 11-2 record last year.

Gotta love that leverage, many homes have been bought off of deals that never were.

Most all of the important hires have been made so I am now officially on board with them all. Until they prove me wrong I expect over the next three years to have significant improvement with our team. I will criticize none of them and expect the most from all of them.

What I read into some of their statements was that we really need a QB so I will not be surprised to see us draft a QB with our #1 or #2. Maybe that is wishful thinking?

And all this time I thought Mack Brown had gone to Phoenix for a Golf vacation.

I recall a question, probably from Jurecki, asking about fitting players to scheme or scheme to players. I forgot his exact answer, but he did suggest that trying to adapt your players to fit your scheme "...it's just bad football."
