Didn't realize I needed to be specific but maybe giving up a 75 yard drive accrued almost entirely on the ground by a RB from...where'd he go? South Dakota State?...when you needed a stop in a one possession game? Knowing there was a high probability they would run the ball to grind out the clock?

The defense did not execute when the game was still in doubt.

I will agree to disagree with you. The offense repeatedly has hung the defense out to dry. Bottom line the D only allowed 10 pts. And in doing so is a game any team should win. I’m not saying the defense is flawless but if anybody blames this loss on the defense they would be wrong.

I agree, hell their D out scored out offense 6-3. If you don't score you can't win, so even if the D pitches a shut out yesterday we still lose.
