Oregon head coach Chip Kelly announced Monday that he'll remain with the Ducks though he says he was flattered by the interest shown in him by the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Kelly says in a statement that he enjoyed meeting with the organization, including general manager Mark Dominik, but says that after numerous discussions he decided he had "unfinished business" at Oregon.
