The article says that he will stay in the draft should he go in the top 20. He would be in a situation that the suns would seriously have to consider this guy.

I know they would have to worry about his weight, but I would rather the Suns had James Lang. I only saw Perkins in the McDonald's game. He did look soft, unaggressive, and unathletic. And you would expect him to be trying his hardest for that game.
