Kim Mulkey is giving Michael Jackson with a black and gold outfit for LSU's Sweet 16 game

LSU is looking to return to the Elite Eight for the third year in a row on Friday night as the No. 3-seeded Tigers face off against No. 2-seeded NC State in the Sweet 16. It should come to no one's surprise that coach Kim Mulkey is dressed for the occasion.

Mulkey, who has won four career national championships including one at LSU in 2023, arrived at Spokane Arena donning yet another one of her classic outfits. This one was a black and gold, floral patterned ensemble that was... certainly attention-grabbing.

Mulkey's fit bears a striking resemblance to something that would have been worn by the King of Pop himself, and quite a few fans on social media compared her to Michael Jackson.

LSU cruised to a 103-48 victory over San Diego State in the first round and a 101-71 win over Florida State in the second round. Now, the Tigers hope a return trip to the Elite Eight awaits them after they were bounced by eventual national runner-up Iowa last season.

Mulkey is clearly dressed for success with the season on the line for LSU.
