What a breath of fresh air. Everybody looked great but TJ Warren hasnt gotten off yet but he's one of the guys im not concerned about at all he's gonna get his.

I like to see Chriss attacking and being agresive a few of those fouls on him were BS though.

That's the Josh Jackson we've been looking for

I kind of like what I am seeing from Triano. He is acting and talking like a real coach. He is going to have his chance to make us believers.

That song, Believer is going through my head now.

I believe Watson won his first game after relieving Horney too so....?

Job well done by Tirano! He had the team ready to play. Loved his rotations. Stating Chris at PF gave them more balance on both ends of the court.

Also, great play by Mike James. Ran the pg spot to perfection. Sure didnt miss all those ill advised shots by bled, no to mention the turnovers.

last point...team is young and they will lose a lot of games...but you cant lose due to lack of effort which was the case in the first 3 games. Go Suns.

I could see Jackson taking over Warren for the starting SF spot and Warren being the main scorer for the second unit. If he gets hot then he will be able to play more minutes.

Reportedly Triano told Chriss he had been playing lazy. I imagine he told him this while he was letting him know he was going to start and didn't want to see the lazy play. It's one game but Chriss responded and even talked about it after the game.

It looks like this is your first post. Welcome aboard.

Triano did look and act the role of a head coach. He had the team ready to play. Nice to see the Suns play as a team.

I liked seeing Criss at PF...Looks like he's been hitting the weights, too...Shoulders seemed a lot more filled out.

If the Suns didnt have over 20 TOs it should have been a comfortable win? But that should clear up with familiarity with set lineups going forward?

This is more like it. Great start. They have to take better care of the ball. Defence was much better. The Kings have some pieces.

Hmm, I guess the tank didn’t really indelibly ruin all the young guys after all . . .
If you are referring to what I said previously, I said that in the context of Eric Bledsoe specifically and his discontent. I still think sitting him at the end of last year has a lot to do with his present frustrations.

No it's because he's spending his whole prime in the cellar.

No I’m referring to all the people that have been saying the tank ruined our young players.

Look at what tanking -- purposely losing -- did to the Suns. And how it began this season, even just considering all the proponents on this site wanting it all season long.

I don't understand how anyone would want to sink back into it. Especially when our only hope would be getting lucky in the draft. Why not a Front Office who can balance the roster with a free agent not in the twilight of his career.

All you had to do was look at Booker's face the first three games to know that trying to lose is not the way to build a winner.

Tanking is based upon a hope. Skilled leaders do more than hope.

They weren’t trying to lose the first three games. So Bookers face teveal d zero about tanking.

Look the reality is that the team is bad enough that they don’t have to purposefully tank. But if it’s post-all-star break and we stink and battling with a few teams for best odds at high pick I’m ALL in for the tank again this year. And if they do and they get a stud and Booker, Jj (last year’s tank prize), and this year’s stud lead us to contention in a few years you can all pay me and Pokerface on the back and say, “yeah you guys were right, this was worth it.”

Skilled leaders put themselves into the best possible place to succeed. Sometimes that requires taking a purposeful step backwards before forging ahead.

Btw, who are all these all star free agents clamoring to come onboard????

Right. The draft BY FAR has given us the most talent and cheapest talent to be had. Our last big hire via trade was Knight...enough said.
