I like this pick if it happens. Build around him and DJ next year.
watson is a winner, racking up like 800 passing yards against alabama defense in 2 matches, where other qbs struggled to put a rating over 80I have a hard time seeing Watson being the guy they hang their hat on. Accuracy and arm strength have always been important to Bruce and his offense. Watson checks a lot of boxes but the ones he doesn't are typically what Arians covets in a quarterback.

I am so torn on Watson. And he does have a strong arm.

Totally! I've seem mocks having us take anyone from Watson to Kizer, Williams to Davis, Foster to Hooker. I just want the draft to get here."Who the hell is Mel Kiper"? Just kidding, at this point its anyone's guess who we take at #13. If it happens it happens.
Interesting. Thank you for posting that. I learned something.http://profootballspot.com/nfl-comb...creates-arm-strength-concerns-deshaun-watson/
Doesn't mean he can't be successful but that's not very good company.

Also, surprised at Trubisky's 55 watching the combine the ball seemed to jump outta his hand. I guess the rule can deceive.
And wow for Mahones velocity!
Mahomes, Kizer and Webb are the best fits for BA's offense. BA would have to recalibrate the offense for Watson, Trubisky and Peterman and make it more West Coast with QB pocket shifts.
