I have always respected Kiper's analysis over the years even though he is kind of a blow hard. Though I have found myself being more interested in Mike Mayock opinion. I think he does a good job and is plugged in with a lot of the GM's.
I will say, this is the most wide open draft I have seen for the cards in years. Usually there is one guy that seems to be zeroed in on and the drama is slight. However, its such a crap shoot as to what happens in front of them its tough for me to single out a guy I really want.
I guess if I had my perfect scenario, the cards would trade back a few picks, pick up a 2 or 3rd and take Warmack. Not a sexy pick but a pro-bowler you can plug in for the next 10 yrs.
This team hasn't had a 10+ offensive lineman since Luis Sharpe.
We have been searching for guards since Lutui left. Still think that was a bad move.
I've always felt that Kiper is at his weakest when he's scoping out mock drafts and at his best breaking down and analyzing individual players.I have always respected Kiper's analysis over the years even though he is kind of a blow hard.
