I know Kiper isn't the be all, end all when it comes to the draft and talent evaluation but he is pretty in sync with the scouts think and where they rate the talent.

Top 5 Senior CB's
1-Mike Jenkins-S.Florida
2-Tracy Porter-Indiana
3-Leodis McKelvin-Troy
4-Charles Godfrey-Iowa
5-Trae Williams-S. Florida

Top 5 junior CB's
1-Aqib Talib-Kansas
2-Malcolm Jenkis-OHIO STATE
3-Reggie Smith-Oklahoma
4-Brandon Flowers-Vtech
5-Justin King-Penn St.

There seems to be one guy missing whose name comes up alot when talking Cardinals draft. Two other surprises to me are Talib ahead of Jenkins and no ranking of Terrell Thomas from USC.

I vote Leodis McKelvin just for the name.

Anybody remember the Ottis anderson and Theotis Brown backfield that led to the Ottis and Theotis radio show?

i do to. His only knock is that he's about 5'8. That's not horrible for a CB like it is for an ILB :D.

How can a 5'8" guy cover the likes of Randy Moss or Larry Fitzgerald? Fast and tall and big for a wide receiver makes a 6' DB almost a must.

I don't understand what Kiper is on about.

At the start of the season, Cason was number 10 on his big board. The first corner on it.

10. Antoine Cason, CB, Arizona (5-11, 183)
Experienced cover man who thrives on a challenge.

Now he's not even on his list of top five corners. Yet Cason had another great year. Makes no sense.

From the 50s!? I was on that show in the mid- to late-80s. Got a Ladmo Bag. It had Diet Chocolate Soda in it that my family drank for years.

Ladmo bag, lmao.. I remember they started out as large paper grocery bags.. towards the end they were the size that they put single cans of beer in.

If Cason runs a decent 40 he will be a 1st round pick. No one doubts his technique and other coverage skills, they just think he's on the slow side. I think he will run a 4.5 which would get him in the 1st.
