Who does he have us picking? My computer is currently having problems with NFL.com for some reason.

Brian Price is a MONSTER. He was the only bright spot on a terrible UCLA team.

I think if we take him, we don't resign DD. Don't know much about him, but most of the reports i've read are that hes not suited to play NT in 3-4, and I see him moving out to DE.

Kriwin is one of the worst draft analyst out there IMO. He almost isn't worth reading/listening to.

He can rotate in and keep the DE's fresh. He can play on 2nd and long and 3rd downs as a NT and add an extra demension to the inside pass rush that we've been lacking.

He's as good as anyone at this point (not saying he's at the top of the heap at this). He's got Weatherspoon off soon. I think that'll happen. He's got Bradford to the Rams - very likely at this point. It's really anyones guess right now.

Dez Bryant has some issues and some prospects that we might not have expected to be there , might very well be. It's worth a discussion. It's draft season. Throw out your likely most relevant mock ;)

I was staunchly against Price, but I keep thinking Jay Ratliff the more I watch him. We do run a lot of 1-gap stuff, so maybe it could work out....?

DD and CC would lose a lot of the advantage they have as pass rushers because Price would rarely command a double team and our ends would see a lot more blockers.

Are you saying that Robinson or Watson command double teams?

Real sure that Price can put more heat on in the passing game than either of them.

Another 34 DE is just what we need because we don't have needs anywhere else.

Sorry I didn't mean to sound as if I wasn't appreciative of you posting this link, cause I am. Simply in my previous readings of him he seems to not always do his due diligence regarding team needs, schemes, and drafting philosophies. Just my opinion.

That's the thing. It's a passing league. He'd get his reps at NT. He'd help the pass rush and that's one of OUR BIG NEEDS. I happen to think it's more of a need up the middle right now.

We can get a run stuffer later or use Watson.

And if you followed the discussion, some of the target players are off the board.

Not against the pick per se, but the Jay Ratliff reference, I find interesting.

I've seen Dockett lined up over the nose a la Jay Ratliff, and it seems to me, that combined with Campbell and Branch we'd have a formidable D-line rush on passing downs. Watson, and a power pig from later in the draft, would cover the NT spot on rushing downs.
