I didn't have a good view of the fumble and haven't seen a good replay of it. That said, if he pitched it on Beanie's back hip like he says he did, that's on him, no matter where Beanie's eyes are.



Sounds like the stat sheet got it right, if that placement truly is the case.

Kolb had a great game yesterday, but I would love to see what he could do if he had a pocket to work in.

Play took place right in front of me. I had a perfect view of the play abnd Kolb is right - he placed the pitch slightly behind Beanie and on his back hip. Still, Beanie should have made the catch...It was a very catchable pitch, but Beanie was clearly looking downfield - which, I can understand as there was literally nothing between him and the end zone!
