I just started watching this series. It was ahead of it's time, IMO. Really good stuff.

Also, I sat through almost the entire first episode before I figured out where I knew the actor that plays Kolcheck: he's the dad from "A Christmas Story."

In my opinion the new one was AWFUL.
The classic series was fantastic.

Loved this series. A classic. My favorite episode was the headless motorcycle man.
I'd like to get this on DVD as well.
