Kudos to Michael Bidwill for swinging for the fences and paying for a mistake

Nice to have an owner who cares about the fans. Whatever happens in the coming years, I will never question the man’s dedication to the fanbase. It must have been physically painful to cut those checks to the departed staff (of whom we shall not speak). Then he doubled down and took a risk on a high risk high reward coach who will give us exciting football. I’m all in on a Michael B. I honestly didn’t think he would do it.

I could not think of any way the old staff could be kept. If the staff were to be kept free agents wouldn’t want to sign here, the stadium would have been empty, our star players would request trades, etc. A complete downfall.

Some owners don’t care. I’m all in on Michael B. He did what needed to be done.

To me they need to continue to show this fan base they are committed to turning it around as fast as possible...And that means spending big money. I want to see ALL the money spent to rebuild this roster through free agency

Never doubted MB. Anybody in this business makes mistakes. At least MB was sharp enough to pull the brakes, admit his mistake and move on swinging the fences on a young innovator. What's not to like? McCarthy or Caldwell have valuable HC experience, but they are known mediocre commodities.

People are always praising owners like Kraft, when in fact he isn't any better than MB. Kraft just lucked into BB. Let's hope MB got it right this time around and KK surpasses Whis and BA as our best ever coaches.
