Kurt response to QB dilemma

I think most fans want Leinart to win the job. But more than that they want the team to make the playoffs. Who ever can get this job done should be at QB. Clearly Kurt is not the QB of the future but for me the future is this year. Mats stats are poor at best but hopefully he will finally see the picture this year else we will again be looking for the QB of the future. This is not so much about Kurt vs Matt but about the Cards winning.

Exactly. Looking ahead, our time is now. The window is closing. You cant rebuild forever. This team is far more talented now than the one who won the SB last year. lets make it happen. This isn't a pro Kurt or anti Matt thing. I dont care who the QB is as long as he has the job because he is the best man for it.

One thing I do feel good about is the fact that there is no doubt whatsoever that Whiz will play the best player. That's not something that could be said in the past.

One other point. If Warner does indeed unseat Leinart . it won't mean the end of his career. Many QB's take more than a 1 1/2 years to develop. Let's not forget that Leinart hasn't even started the equivalent of 1 full season.
